Our stay was quiet and restful. The room and bathroom were small and a bit worn, but that should be expected on an old riverboat. We ate at the on board restaurant for dinner and breakfast and the meals were great. We did have trouble with long wait times for the valet service. The valet service as well as the hotel seem understaffed. There was one person at the hotel desk, and one valet person. When we had trouble getting into our room due to the key card or door lock not working, and the one person running hotel desk did not seem equipped to fix the problem. We were given a key to another room to remedy the problem, it just felt unprofessional in the way it was handled.
