They are the worst insurance I ever had I m due to have a baby anytime .... they have switched my ob doctors 3 times already due to them not covering any hospitals in my area. I have to go to the about 40 miles from where I live, which was no problem due to the fact that they have free transportation. They call me today and say they can no longer service me because I m in another county which they never said anything about until not I am 38 weeks pregnant and have no way to get to my doctors appointments now and on top of everything there customer service SUCKS ! If you are pregnant and are thinking about going with this insurance pack another 1 they are terrible and unprofessional !
