I am a Real Estate agent and I always recommend that buyers have their chimney inspected as part of their due diligence, but too few do. This time my buyer said let's do it and we had Shawn out to inspect. He thoroughly inspected the inside and outside of the fireplace & chimney, alerting us to needed maintenance that we are now able to pass on to the sellers. He was very educational through the process, explaining what he looks for and why certain deficiencies occur. Well worth the nominal inspection fee and a full quote for necessary repairs was provided that day. Thanks so much!
