I bought ROLLER PROTECTIONS for my daughter on the website and found it small! We have never used it and I took it back to the store to change it but the seller refused even if I have the right under the 365 days return policy or under the 14 days right of withdrawal provided for in the article L121-25 of the Consumer Code! Then I went to another store (V2) and it was changed to me immediately, very courteous and welcoming .. I suggest you improve the quality and welcome of your team as well as improve their understanding of the Return policy .
