I give 1 for user experience. I'm from Germany...
1. Downloaded the app in the store
2. Registered and tried to subscribe. Not possible -> somehow I've got US version of the app on the phone
3. Went on the website and tried there. There it worked, but first possible delivery was in 2 weeks, which reduced my excitement to try the service (I get it though, so this is purely personal thing :))
The biggest issues is that there is no option to delete your account. That is not acceptable. Also finding customer service contact on the website seems to be a fools mission. So I've decided to not try the service out.
Who would use a service where customer service is hiding from the customers?
