I came here planning to spend $400 on a bike, excited to make such a big purchase and own my first nice bike. Waited a few minutes and eventually went up to the desk to see if anyone was available to help me select a bike. Salesperson never asked me what I wanted to use the bike for, so I eventually just told him to make sure I was getting the right bike. Salesman made sure I had a lock, then told me he would take the bike back to service to have it prepped. Eventually heard my name over the loudspeaker, but no one told me how to use the lock or showed me any features of the bike, including how to use the quick release tire feature. I eventually asked a random staff member if I could take the bike since the salesman was nowhere to be found. Tried for about 15 minutes to get the bike into the car before giving up. This is when the salesman reappeared and took the bike out to the car to help me. I wonder what other features the bike has he didn t bother to show me? I was just shocked that such a reputable brand has such incredibly terrible service. I could have gotten as much help purchasing a bike online. Two stars for great selection! Zero stars for service!
