Decent company but terrible manager and if you want to avoid a disaster for your special occassion, do yourself a favour and go to any company. In this day and age, i cannot fathom how a company can get away with treating customer with such disrespect. Accidents such as spilling coffee on customer's clothing do happen however, the way they handled the situtation is disgusting.

Accept the fact that you are responsible and organise a PROPER wash or replacement of clothing instead of blaming the customer. While i do acknowledge they did take the piece of clothing to be cleaned, the result was worst than before - effectively destroying the item of clothing. No responsibility was taken.

The manager is the definition of incompetent and he will bring this company down. To all customers thinking of paying top money for a special event, please, please go somewhere else. The metaphor, a sinking ship and Starship Sydney go well together.
