If there was an option to give it a negative ratin...

If there was an option to give it a negative rating, I would have. For a company whose supposed core competence is building websites and other IT services, they are amazingly inept at even responding to emails. Their website says "delivers high quality, reliable and cost effective IT services to customers globally". Forget globally, they can't even deliver in their own neighbourhood. Thats how bad they are!

On being asked for our website back up the reply I get is "Will retrieve from our backups and provide when we have sometime" (they took a month to find time to reply to my mail) So if this is the kind of lackadaisical and irresponsible people you want to deal with, go ahead, seek their incompetent services at your own peril.
