Very satisfied with the service technician (Kris) as well as the phone staff. The communication was great and and the technician was prompt and kept me informed from the day of evaluation until the water heater, piping, new garbage disposal was installed. Also, there was a faulty anode rod from the manufacturer for the water heater and Kris was very responsive and fixed the problem immediately. I highly recommend Applewood, especially because of their integrity, honesty, and communication.
