Below is a summary of the history. What we have suffered with them. We send a document letter to go to mediation and they do not even have a real address. Here I provide verifiable and concise data.

INITIAL HIRING: On January 24, 2020 we hired a hosting service from the Nuthost provider through invoice 26172. Said hiring included two high-performance accounts and a reseller account to host another 10 sites.

The page was down 50% of the time that the hiring lasted. We had problems with the Geo Trust Business certificates (invoice 26357). Several employees had problems with the mail, but especially I, I was from January 24 to February 7 without access. Usually the attitude of the technical service was to deny what was happening. For example, saying that maybe the problem was mine because I didn't have a good internet.

BUT THE WORST OF ALL came on February 6. When typing the web address of the page, not only that it was down, but it also showed a sign of a fraudulent site (exactly the opposite of the purchase of an SSL security certificate of 18,000 pesos).

IMPOSSIBILITY TO MIGRATE THE SITE TO ANOTHER SERVER
Due to service deficiencies, we hired WEB EMPRESA hosting. They migrate the sites automatically, but they ask us for the FTP data (access to the Nuthost server).
When passing the data, the staff of the web company informs us that they cannot access. I try to do it myself and I can't either.

We open several tickets and they reply that they do not see any rejected access attempts. Which took days and days of claims and even considering losing the site. Finally we hired an expert in Hosting, who managed to access, and the sites could be migrated.

I am going to list the problems we are having, which are about to lead me to the decision to move to another Hosting, in addition to filing the corresponding complaint.
1-In Indonesia I cannot access my email xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.com.ar
We have tried everything possible, and my email is not working. 10 days without mail for me is a very big financial loss. It doesn't work on my cell phone or on my computer.
WE OPEN THE TICKET and receive a response that you do not register accesses from Indonesia or that the hosting does not work here, so what do we do? I do not travel?
2-URGENT at this time the two sites that we have contracted with PREMIUM accounts are down. Worse than down, they show the user a red sign of an unsafe and fraudulent site AND THAT WE ARE TRYING TO STEAL INFORMATION.
Do you know what that means for the two venues, Argentina and Colombia? With advertising in Adwords and Social Networks. We are talking about a lot of money.
Just 3 days ago we hired them the most expensive certificate that they sell for 18,000 pesos for the one from Argentina, and the SSL that is included free for the one from Colombia.
The migration from webempresa was done without taking into account that in the webempresa plan, the sites were as subdomains within the main account, such as xxxxxxxx.org, it is within xxxxxxxx.ar and must be transferred to the SMART10 account
I request immediate repair of all these issues URGENT.
In this case, I prefer to think that it is a startup error and that they can solve it by allocating more resources given the importance of the problem
If this continues to happen, the next ticket is opened by the lawyer.
