Service was great, but communication is lacking. I received one call from their permits department saying they have yet to schedule the inspection for the city. They left a message to which I promptly called back. When you call the number they give you it takes you through their phone tree. When you get to the permit department it goes to their voicemail. I left 2 voicemails for them and never heard back until they sent me a letter in the mail saying that they have been trying to reach me. I finally called their general customer service and agreed to a day and time. We agreed on a morning time, but I called them back to reschedule to afternoon. They never put in the new request with the city. Fast forward to today and I have the inspector at my door this morning and nobody is home. I was able to get his cell phone number and call him directly to reschedule.
This unit was installed over 2 months ago and this part has been a little annoying to deal with. I hope their service moving forward is better!
