The cargo was sold by the broker at 9:30 am and he knew that we were 2 hours from the place
in the first collection it took 3:30 minutes to charge us
reason why the second pickup was not on time
The broker was informed and he paid a late fee of $ 120. Now he is deducting it from our rate.
