Worst company ever. Canceled a load while the driver was pulling in to the shipper . They hanged up 2 times on me (Anthony) and accused us in a poor communication, they probably work from prison, no ethics.
They forced the driver to use phone while driving and they don't care about DOT rules.

The cargo was sold by the broker at 9:30 am and he knew that we were 2 hours from the place
in the first collection it took 3:30 minutes to charge us
reason why the second pickup was not on time
The broker was informed and he paid a late fee of $ 120. Now he is deducting it from our rate.
why?? if he knew we were 2 hours away and so everything told us to go and pick up the load
In the first download there was a lumper fee $ 259, which was sent to the broker along with the bowls and now he does not want to refund it either

Don t work with these guys. They lie and say they ll take care of you then leave you high and dry. Plus they re rude when you mention you ve been trying to get ahold of them. Garbage outfit
Don't trust them.
Delivery appt was confirmed for Friday. And when we came to unload this load, receiver said they don't work on Friday and need to wait till Sunday.
Nobody tried to solve this issue. No paying reasonable for that and it's impossible to speak with them because every time they hang up.
Well to make it short! Believe all the 1 star rated reviews below! They don't pay the detention! The sell you already late/rescheduled loads and then don't pay detention, find all the excuses to avoid paying it!
Worked with Nathan Hornsby, but the rest of them are the same spoke with 3 others trying to resolve the detention. Didn't get too far with them either! Never again!
I did a load for $825 on 3/15/21 and the invoice has not been paid
Had a load booked with this brokerage yesterday, which was delivering to Kroger in Memphis. First they sent me rate con that had delivery 8pm same day, that was impossible to do since we were booking this load 4pm. They told no worries we will get you appointment for 8am and sent me rate con in 5 min. Driver had to drive all night with no sleep just to find out huis delivery was set for 5pm.
Worst company EVER! Never work with them! They will use you and not pay for detention or anything else. Might even cancel loads right when you get on pick up... If there was -5 starts, it would not be enough how terrible this company is... Try to AVOID!
