The service is very good, pretty much every staff speaks several languages well. The complex itself is very large, with many leisure facilities, pools, restaurants and bars. But what is negative to emphasize is the room. Unfortunately this is not enough for a 5-star hotel. It would in my opinion the rating of a good 3 star hotel. The rooms have a very outdated electronics, with the lights on and off now and then. Especially at night that is extremely annoying. The sockets are located next to the bed, but unfortunately they are already occupied with lamps, but overall there are sufficient sockets available. The food is also delicious, always fresh and served with a smile. The prices are high, but not too expensive. Overall, it is still worth the 5-hotel stars.
