My experience with Carmel was not positive at all.

The driver picked us up thirty minutes late in a nasty Toyota Camry,

First of all the car smelled really bad. During the ride to the hotel which was thirty minutes away from Laguardia Airport the driver kept rolling the windows down and he told the dispatcher he was outside of the Airport which was not the case.

I also asked for some bottle water to be in the car and on the day of arrival the dispatcher told me she would not be able to full fill my request. Also I pay the Tip and Tolls in advance which was not used during my trip.

If you need transportation from the airport please don t use this company.
