Not the best experience when it comes to sales. Was promised some sort of deal when I purchased my bike, with the option of them buying it back, but when I called and emailed some of the staff about it, I was told craigslist was a better option. Two of the staff never even called with more information, after promising they would, and one of them even hung up on me.
