I recently interacted with the company for a project, and while the website is user-friendly and informative, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. Despite contacting them multiple times, my queries were not addressed in a timely manner, which was frustrating. The website, however, provides a good overview of their services, but I think they could improve on their communication with customers. Overall, my experience with them was average. I hope to see some improvements in their customer support in the future. 🤔
