My criticism comes rather from waiting times at the appointment.
Despite a rv in the early morning, supported only 30 minutes later, without any justification, although the person at the reception told me when taking charge "no delay and 45 minutes waiting for the results ".
I will finally have my results at 11am, the exam lasted less than 10 minutes.

Patients also have a schedule to keep.

Overall the medical world seems to have lost this form of politeness.
I met the same problem last week in another establishment, go to 9h, practitioner absent, casual arrival at 9h15 .. support in stride.
