Worst experience ever!! I would give them 0 stars of it were an option. When I got there they tell me the price for my battery is $160 WITH my warranty (so labor is free and I pay 75% of the battery cost). I jokingly ask how much more they charge than other places (we all know you pay a little more at dealerships). He said about $20 and I told him that was fine. It is worth $20 to not have to go anywhere else as I'm already there and my car will die of I turn it off. After about 45 min the guy comes out and tells me it is gonna be another hour ( it didn't quite take that long). After they are finished the service guy who is obviously frazzled runs around for 15 min trying to get the bill printed then another 15 min trying to explain to me why it is $60 more than the already inflated amount I agreed to when I got there. They never could give me a straight answer. I finally called my husband who came up and gave me his car so I could go run errands and left him to figure it out. He was so irritated by the bait and switch that he made them put the old battery back in and he took it somewhere else. He was in and out for far less than $160 in 30 minutes. I WILL NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE A DOLLAR OF MY MONEY.....
