I paid for my document to be retrieved on 29th Jul...

I paid for my document to be retrieved on 29th July 2017. It is now 28th Sept 2017and despite numerous calls, emails and starting a complaint I am still without the document I purchased 3 months ago. I was promised a call back again today by 12 o'clock, and at 14:16. After trying for the past 2 hours I'm afraid i will have to admit defeat. If there was a minus star rating I would use it, unfortunately I had to put 1 star in order to post. I guess my next step is finding the MP for this area to escalate my compliant.
