I am extremely happy with my membership at the Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. I have taken advantage of the group fitness classes, which have been excellent. The instructors are knowledgeable and provide a great workout. I would highly recommend this YMCA to anyone looking to improve their fitness.
