Poor service .. I ordered food around 3hrs before Pune .. I also received the message regarding the delivery of food on time but when the train arrived the station no one came to deliver the food... THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE WITH TRAVELKHANA....Order ID-1029034
