Their floor plans are wonderful their finish work ...

Their floor plans are wonderful their finish work is just not acceptable. They postponed our move in several times. One just days before move in. I have tried to hang shelves on multiple walls that are bowed so badly the shelf doesn t even touch the wall on both ends (like a teeter totter). We were promised a flat side yard when we picked our lot and after we moved in they realized they had to put a drain there so it s just a big ditch. They probably aren t the worst but they are certainly not the best.
