It was clear on driving up to the hotel that it was well kept, the flowers and grass were neat tidy and manicured. Unlike another review I do not think the hotel is dated, it is a traditional Arabic opulent style. We were welcomed by friendly staff, the manager who checked us in and was very informative. The room was spotless, had everything you could need and the view was amazing. The pool, beach and garden areas were immaculate. I would say the pool area is more for families and children, there is also a children's club. There's no shortage of beds at the pool or the beach. We were on a full board basis and this included different dining options, we ate at cafe Naseem, Bukhara, and Sabella. I can recommend all of them, theres plenty of choice and themed nights at Naseem, you will not go hungry! The frito misto at Sabella was amazing. If you want to be active theres plenty to do, they also have a courtesy bus to Dubai mall and Sharjah. At our check in it was very briefly mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary, this was remembered by the manager, who arranged for a message and celebration cake to be sent to our room. Thank you to everyone who made this a happy memorable stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel for some R&R.
