Worst customer service you will experience. It took my claim manager almost a week to even answer my calls after numerous voicemails. Its also funny because they pride themselves in returning customer calls within 24hrs but like i said it took them almost a week to just answer my call. The customer service representative that ive dealt with dont actually listen to what your saying but will make it seem like she is. Ive been driving my car around barely unfit for the road (because i need to go to work) and pilgrim insurance doesnt care. They dont care about your safety or anyone else s safety, just their money. Dont waste your time and pick another insurance company dont say i didnt warn you!
