Seems like BBQ is not quite their thing.

Got the St. Louis ribs; they looked good, but the rub is a bit bland and they were so dry as to be almost crispy. Clearly had been left for too long in the cooker. The selection of 4 store bought sauces was limited to sweet and mild. Nothing hot, one was more like ketchup.

My wife said the brisket sandwich was more like unflavored Italian beef then brisket. Thin wet strips of meat made the bun was soggy in places from all the juice and she used some of the ketchup-like sauce to flavor it.
