I have gone here a few times. I m not sure why I kept going back. The first time the game master was terrible. Then the ownership switched, so we went back to give it another shot. The second time was a slightly better experience. I spoke with the owner, Mona, personally and she told me to not use Groupon the next time but to call and say Mona said we could get a discount the next time we came back. We finally went when they opened up, and once we were there in person she just gave us $2 off per person. I wasn t advised of this measly discount until I was there paying since when I called she said to just come in and we ll get the discount. I paid over $90!! For three people! Normally the Groupon is MUCH cheaper than that, so I was extremely upset at how expensive it was for the three of us to go. I felt like she wasn t true to her word at all. And the room, Pandorum, was one of my least favorite we ve ever done ( I ve done over 30 escape rooms). I will never return again and wouldn t recommend you to either. There are MUCH better rooms/escape room companies that cost much less in the area! I ve spoken with many owners and they ve all honored a second play discount, usually 20% off. $2 off per person ($32 normally), is nothing.
