Stunning location, with excellent views. The number one issue was the service, it was truly dreadful! From the bar, the the over priced restaurant, to the reception and the conference staff. It seems as though no one really wants to work at all. It could take half an hour just to get a waiter to take drinks orders at the terrace bar, and then they will bark at you when you go to ask for the bill, after waiting 45 mins for it. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It will completely ruin your experience of Dubrovnik.
