FACTORY IN FRIC !! You must pay a deductible once a year when you make your first refund. So if your dog only goes to the vet once a year you are never reimbursed the maximum of what you pay per month. Know that you are engaged for 1 year. Can not cancel before. I still have to pay until June and with monthly payments that increase in addition! But we do not say it. DISAPPOINTED! TO AVOID
