Great service from Hala. I had many things on my plate, selling jewelry, purchasing a wedding band and also getting an estimate on upgrading a ring. I purchased a custom necklace that turned out beautifully. The customer service staff was phenomenal and so I will rate "liked it". The disappointment came when I went back to pick up my necklace - the security guard was obnoxious to my kids. We were on our way out boating in Clearwater and of course, they were excited - he told my daughter to remove her sunglasses and my 8 yr old son said ' but there's another person over there with sunglasses on' - I went to throw away some trash and he stopped me. Did he think we were looking to steal in this store? I have never been treated and singled out like that. After this, I won't be back - I was insulted. Man up - you think my daughter and son is going to steal from your store? So that really spoiled the experience - needless to say my husband was disgusted - hurried up to exchange a wedding band that fit because we had already paid for it and took the kids and sat in the car. Unfortunately, this ruined our experience. I am rating it highly solely becuase the staff selling jewelry was phenomenal. I worked with Hala and her sister. And had a great football conversation with an older gentlemen there on staff. But felt insulted when I returned for my pickup because of the security guards behavior - I guess were weren't the right color.. Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing again.
