This is not a great place. The food is pretty questionable. The real issue lies with getting out of the lease. Many of the managements practices go against the law with lease take overs. I have sent 2 new applicants to Stenner Glen to take over my lease. The first backed out because the manager increased the monthly cost for the lease takeover by over $150 per month. Any opportunity to get more money out of unsuspecting kids is what this place has been known for. Many things have transpired, so I have retained a real estate lawyer. The list goes on with the issues with this place......drugs, even a student reporting an attack and management handling the incident very poorly.
