The night concierge was very nice and tries to be helpful, however, my room key wasn't activated that made my night frustrating. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are small and hard. The bathtub does not drain and you stand in your soapy water. After being told the night before that we could cancel our reservation for the second night, the very rude front desk manager told us the next morning that if we didn't want to stay with them we would have had to have cancelled 3pm the previous day. I WAS ON A PLANE ON MY WAY TO SEATTLE... So tell me HOW you would like me to do this?
The rooms are small. The bathrooms are VERY small... But the bottled water is free. Don't spend your money here.
