I was contacted by a Recruiter (Angie) to inform me that my resume did not have SAP skills listed. Even though the job description stated "will train" and SAP was not a required skill. I did not understand why she called me, if I was not a good fit for the position. I have worked in HR and Recruiting and I have never contacted a candidate to inform he/she that they did not meet the requirements. First impression is that I am not impressed at all.
