Not only do I have the pleasure of being a member of this beautiful and welcoming studio, I also graduated from their LYS (living yoga school) program. If you are looking to deepen your practice/knowledge of yoga to teach or simply for internal growth, the 889 LYS is where it is at! It was truly more then I was expecting, and most certainly life changing!! Also a great space to practice, check it out! Variety of classes, great vibe, great space and Great teachers!!
