Okay so first of all the staff is SO FRIENDLY and super funny! They were making jokes and making us feel very comfortable almost like we had all been friends for a long time, which is important considering we re going to be strapped right into the front of them. They also offer video services for additional cost and the video guys are great, not to mention one of the video guys is SUPER cute which is a plus overall the experience was GREAT.
