There was a serious lack of communication. When we dropped off the vehicle to have it looked at, we were called about what the problem is and we gave the OK to move forward. After that, they ordered the part and when we didn't hear anything in the timeframe we were given, we called in to find out what is happening. They then told us it was delayed and would find out when they could get it. Again nothing so checked in again. We were then told it should be in by the beginning of Feb which now puts it several weeks that the dealership had our vehicle. Again, Feb 1st came and went and we finally called again to be told it should be there but they don't know where the part is. It finally came in a couple days later and the vehicle was finally fixed. When we go the car back, we were surprised that it wasn't at least washed. Maybe you don't do that when you hang onto a customers car for nearly a month but every other dealer we have dealt with in the past even gives the car a wash for a simple oil change. We spent $3k, had to chase everyone down to get answers of what is going on, and it took about a month.
