Kevin came to my house today 6/27/19 to check out the situation in my Creek. He took pictures asked me questions and then contacted I believe his supervisor. Long story short a couple of guys showed up and got the tree out of my Creek. I still have cleaning up to do in order to make sure the logs don't end up in the Creek again, but the Damm is no more. B(the Creek is more than 100 ft long and the whole thing was full of brush & logs.) I cleared everything except this last whole tree. Thank you for coming back and making it right.

Original post: A team came through after tornados to clear room for the electric company to fix lines. Everything they cut down they put into the waterway that runs through my backyard. (It was like the guys where playing a game) I understand that they had to work quickly, but they had space to put the trees and brush in my yard not into the water. I've made several calls to the electric company with no help. I've been waiting over three weeks for them to come back and remove the trees they cut down and put into the creek. My house has the potential to flood now because it has been raining almost daily and a dam is forming. No one wants to help remove these trees from the waterway. From what I researched it is illegal to place trees and brush into waterways. I will continue to place calls to my electric company.
