Very gimmicky, overpriced and not worth the entry ...

Very gimmicky, overpriced and not worth the entry admission unless you have kids with you I guess. The camera obscura and the views right on top were obviously the highlight (our guide at the top Maria was excellent) and we wish we could have paid a couple of pounds just to see that and get out. If you have less than 2 days in Edinburgh, I would skip this and climb the Scott's monument for the views instead.
