Last time I took my car for one simple service, they made me wait for 4 hours, even though they said it will take 1-2 hours. During the whole time, not a single person check in with me or told me what was going on. I ended up being stuck in traffic and 2 hours late for work. When I got my car back, I received no apologies and seriously doubt they performed any service on my car.

The week after, I received a text message telling me that I'm gonna receive a survey, and if I'm not satisfied I should reply to the message and a manager will contact me. I did reply, but nobody contacted me, and guess what? I didn't even receive the survey.

Never going back to this dealership again.
