Took my first Muay Thai class here at T.A.G and I can t say enough great things. The coaching was phenomenal. Chris is passionate and knowledgeable about Muay Thai which makes me want to learn more! I felt welcomed by everyone there they were all very patient with me being a beginner. Each exercise was broken down step by step to make things easier to learn. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by and taking a class! Great place to learn and get connected with an amazing community. I ll be back for more!
