Went to sign up for services but they don't have it at my location. I need to wait until Spring. Boo hoo. However, she was very knowledgeable and friendly with great customer service. With the information we found out we do plan to subscribe to their service as it sounds like it is much better than what we currently have that we are having major problems with. Just wish I didn't have to wait until Spring .
