Would not use for any significant plumbing problems. Had a sewer line constantly backing up under the building. John Moore stuck a camera down the line and found a dip in it. Solution was to replumb out to the main sewer line (black water into a grey water sewer?). Estimate was about 30K. Had another plumber come out and for a small fraction of the estimate, crawl under the building and rehang the 4" sewer line, removing the dip. The original hangars had broken.
