On the surface this hospital seems to be very caring. However, it can only be as good as the "professionals" working there. My loved one was clearly nearing the end of life and medical professionals acted as if it was "just another day at the office". Sensitivity training is definitely needed across the board as people should NOT be made to feel as if their dying loved one is a burden. I do understand that medical professionals deal with life and death situations on a regular basis and that it is easy to become desensitized. However, the facility should have continuous learning measures in place to mitigate this risk. There should be mandatory sensitivity training in this regard for doctors, nurses, and all personnel who are expected to "comfort" family members during this dufficult time.
