This insurance is horrible. I called 4 times to find out if they had a Urgent Care Center, first they could not find my daughter policy, finally I found the insurance card and noticed her name was spelled wrong, that's why they couldn't find it. Second the person I spokes with send me all the way into the city of Chicago in a dangerous area and the place looks like it's been closed down for a while, I asked her was she sure that they would see my daughter she said yes. Absolutely Horrible, I have withdrew from this insurance, I didn't even want to give them that 1 star.
