Was at a function with lunch and meeting some time...

Was at a function with lunch and meeting some time ago. Lunch was served as buffet, food however was I would say fairly bland which in most places is standard. Wait staff was not trained and insisted on taking my plate despite me telling him I am not finished. Was told I can get a new plate at the buffet, what was wrong with the old one? Meeting room, was not serviced at all even during a break, no fresh water, no fresh glasses, hard overbaked cookies which at least made the impression of being prepared in-house. Later on, bar staff bar one bartender, gave impression they hate their job and any person trying to get a beer or a drink is a nuisance to their busy day. Hope to see some improvement.
