Factory to sleep. No one at the Le Club counter. 3 people on arrival at the reception (hotel with 790 rooms). Reception at the buffet really not friendly by the person in charge. A lot of noise in the courtyard that resonates until the 6th floor (upper privilege room). Cold lobby without soul. Very disappointed.
