We booked a week in advance and managed to get a booking for dinner on a Saturday night at 9pm. The food did not disappoint! We had the beef tartare, fried tomato and spanner crab, tuna tartare, the Waldorf salad and the lamb and all was amazing. We didn't get the chef's selection but now wish we did - we overheard the table next to us mixing and matching various dishes from the menu. Only minor negative was the space felt a bit cramped - we were perched up at the bar and was very close to the couples on either side of us.
