Fantastic small gauge heritage railway service. Been visiting the railway since I came here with my parents as a child, and I still really enjoy it. The smells, sounds and close up experiences you get with the steam locomotives is something to cherish. Well worth a day out, also the road through Hardknott to the station at Eskdale is an astonishing drive.
