The problems were from the first moment and yet I stubborn to give the order.
I tried a whole day to order a refrigerator, I called them I gave them a message .. just the send button the command did not go. I managed to make another account and gave the order, the next day I was notified by mail that the product is not in stock .. although the site wrote great product
It will be delivered in 1-5 days. In the mail that I'm informed about is not the product, I'm given a variant, of course, more expensive. Reply to email and ask for more details about the product I ordered and PLATISEM ONLINE, I'm not responding anymore.
I gave them a mail in which I asked them to be announced the day before to get the old fridge in exchange without products in it .. it was not sinned to respond to that mail.
For contacting, by telephone, someone at ideall.ro you have to reserve half a day and a 100% charged phone.
The order was made 6 days ago, we have not yet received the product (on the product page it is delivered in 1-5 days, using an electronic rabble voucher I understand it takes 1-10 days).
