John Sobo was great! He was so helpful in finding the exact car I wanted. He and Joann, the finance person were so friendly, thought I was buying a car from someone I knew all my life. Answered all my questions, and John was able to get me a better interest rate then I first thought I could get. Was at first going to go with Capital One for financing my car. But John said, "Wait let me check on our end and see what we can do." He was right ,instead of 10% I got a loan with 6%. That was fantastic! I am so thankful for that. John is a great asset to your team, don't ever let him go. Kenny Ross Ford has a customer for life. Would not think of going anywhere else to purchase a car again. I have been telling everyone about my great experience here. Love my new car so much, can't say enough about the Ford Focus 2014. It is gorgeous. The ride is fabulous. Very, Very happy customer!!!!
